Find out cooksandkicks's Instagram Happy Sunday! I wasn’t super hungry this morning, but was craving oatmeal with apples (when am I not ) so that’s exactly what I did! I love intuitive eating because now eating is FREEING and normal—I place all trust in my body that it will take care of the food I feed it and nourish it. On a Sunday even if I was craving something, and wasn’t super hungry, my old, restricting, self would make a smoothie bowl, eggs, or something “low carb” because I had equated carbs to fat ‍♀️ THIS IS SO WRONG! Carbs are an essential nutrient that your body needs everyday as a source of quick energy. Get your carbs! Don’t be afraid. Love yourself! Eat what you want to eat. So if you’re wanting oatmeal now, here’s the details

Rolled oats + applesauce (@publix) + almond milk (@lovemysilk) + egg white + 1 scoop @furtherfoodcollagen (use my code COOKSANDKICKS10 for a discount on @furtherfood) + chia seeds (@betterbodyfoods) turmeric + pepper + good amount of @badiaspices cinnamon
