#HustleForThatMuscle 
1.Stand with a dumbbell in each hand held at arms length with palms facing (forward) away from the body. The elbows should be close to the torso. 
2.While holding the upper arm stationary, curl the weight as you slightly rotate the palm inwards.  Hold the contracted position for a second as you squeeze the biceps. 
3.Slowly begin to bring the dumbbell back to the starting position(keeping biceps under tension). 4.Repeat the movement with the other hand. This equals one repetition.
